Atlanta Running – Places to Refill and Expel

For any runner, especially on a long run, it often becomes necessary to do one or both of two things:

Since I run in Atlanta, and have had to do one or both in various establishments around Atlanta, this page lists places where I have successfully done one or both of these.

Most of these establishments are hotels, restaurants, or grocery stores. If you live in Atlanta or have a chance to visit, I hope you can give at least one of these establishments your business: they know what it means to be a good neighbor, and they should be rewarded for their generosity.

Please note: I have not been paid for mentioning any of these establishments! I have personally refilled my water bottle or used the bathroom at all of these.
